Buttercream flowers are much smaller and come in abundance. These are made out of buttercream while gumpaste is fondant-like and hard. However, gumpaste flowers are much more realistic and have more depth to them. Gumpaste flowers are recommended for large occasions (engagement, bridal showers, wedding, etc.)
The designs on the website are just a few of the most popular. Feel free to check out the "Cake Design Gallery" page or our Instagram (@thebaking_lair), where you can find more designs we have done. You are also encouraged to send reference or inspiration pictures you find on your own.
Please provide us with your expected pick-up date, cake flavor, cake design, color scheme and any questions you have. The most important piece of information is the pick-up date. If you do not provide us with this information, it is difficult for us to proceed with the order if we are already booked!
If you have any allergies please let us know in your order so we can work around it. Most items do not include nuts or can be made without nuts.
